We make an appointment to meet with you and see the estate. It will be determined what should be included in the estate sale and select a date. It generally takes two weeks to prepare and stage a sale. The items will be organized, priced and staged in a pleasing manner.
We will provide everything from tables, jewelry cases, shelving units, and a friendly responsible staff to assist the customers.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards.
We will advertise by emailing our customers, websites, local newspaper ad, and fliers. We will also post and remove signs directing customers to the sale.
We keep an itemized list of the items sold. We will present a cashiers check to you approximately ten (10) business days after the end of the sale and the house is completely emptied out.
Items left over after the sale will be boxed up and donated or hauled away. If donated a donation receipt will be provided to you.
We leave the premises completely empty and broom cleaned. We will be happy to do a complete cleaning however additional charge will apply.
